Description
Our first kick-off meeting, with a summary of the main agenda being:
- Recap our ENR: working-packages, planned major tasks, expected deliverable, HR, etc.
- Discuss some formal arrangements, e.g., the official project starting date.
- Provide some information received from the ENR PMU (project life cycle, reporting, communications, etc).
- Possible adjustments on the tasks & deliverables according to our initial proposal and other organizational issues (if any).
