PhD Student Registration 2025

All PhD students in EUROfusion shall register here their status, project information and annul activities. Information relevant to the annual EUROfusion reporting will be shared with the beneficiary institute that is indicated on the form.

You have the opportunity to participate in the annual Book of PhD Research Profiles with your profile, extended information on yourself and your research project. 

 

How to edit responses: 

The PhD student registration is set up so that students both with and without an Indico account can register.

• With EUROfusion IMS/IDM account: Indico uses the standard EUROfusion IMS or IDM accounts. Students affiliated to a EUROfusion Beneficiary or Affiliated Entity can request an IMS account at https://ims.euro-fusion.org/fp9/CreateUsers/index. This account can also be useful to access the EUROfusion wiki pages that has a lot of useful information on the EUROfusion activities and opportunities to join/collaborate. With the account, the student can log in back to Indico any time to modify their student registration.

 

• Without an EUROfusion IMS/IDM account: PhD students can register without an account. Following the registration, the Indico system sends a confirmation email. Please see your dedicated link at the bottom of the confirmation email to edit your registration.
