Meeting ID: 620 2845 6506
PW: PSD2024
General:
- Pinboard
- Duarte and Patrick invited to address news regarding the pinboard
- Main difference is the separation between 2021-2025 and 2026-2027. There are WPs that continue and some that are new. All the WPs on the pinboard there’s a some letters indicating which period it relates to. WPs need to decide if a paper is a continuation of the fist part of the grant or something new. Patrick contacted everyone to implement this division with some cases more difficult and other. AC and ENR are more difficult cases that may require further assessment.
- E. Tsitrone if an experiment is done in 2025 and the analysis is done in 2026 how is this done? D. Borba stated that this needs to be left to TFLs discretion. But it’s important that there is a balance between papers published in 2021-2025 and 2026-2027.
- M. Jakubowski stated that for people under his responsibility he told them to use 2026-2027 from now on. D. Borba agreed that a simple solution that reduces entropy is the best way to proceed.
- E. Tsitrone agreed to what M. Jakubowski said and suggested that his is done for all WPs.
- M. Wischmeier said that if an entry was already in pinboard in 2021-2025 then everything is done in that period even if a paper is then completed in 2026.
- The author needs to decide with the help of these guidelines but the process can be not be automatic because some WPs that only existed in 2021-2025.
- The option 2026-2027 should be put at the top of the selection in the pinboard.
- A statement was already sent to SCPs and ACPs but can be revised.
- ERG/EEGs
- E. Belonohy stated that ERG is more relevant for this department. Encourage to share call in WPs, support candidates for instance with a letter. PLs can be usefully help with the preparation of the plan and interview.
- Work plans will be circulated before a task agreement is finalized.
- There are multiple information sessions where everyone is invited to attend.
- EEGs candidates need to be engineers or colleagues with a engineering background.
- M. Wischmeier ask about for instance someone working on a diagnostic. E. Belonohy stated there’s the need for an engineering background.
