DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to inform you that the PMU and the Coordinator 
 Unit is arranging an in-person meeting to be held in Ljubljana\, Slovenia 
 on 01st -02nd December 2026.\nTo help us with planning and logistics\, we 
 kindly ask all those who are interested in attending in person to registe
 r by Sunday\, 18th October 2026 (23:59 CET). This will allow us to estimat
 e the number of participants and make the necessary arrangements according
 ly. It will also help us plan the Research Reactor TRIGA tour scheduled fo
 r the second day of the event. Others who decide to join at a later stage 
 will still be welcome\, but early registration is highly appreciated for o
 rganisational purposes.\nA video connection will also be available for tho
 se joining remotely\; the link will be communicated closer to the date.\nA
 s part of the meeting programme:\n- A self-paid dinner is planned for the 
 evening of Tuesday\, 1st December 2026\, (19:00 CET)\, at a local restaura
 nt Slovenska hiša\n \n- A self-paid lunch will be provided by an externa
 l catering company at a cafeteria near the Institute\, with both meat and 
 vegetarian options available on Tuesday and Wednesday\, 1st and 2nd Decemb
 er 2026.\n- A 1\,5 - hour guided walking tour of the Old Town is planned f
 or 1st December\, including visits to the Basilica\, Castle\, and Dragon B
 ridge.\n- A visit to the Research Reactor TRIGA will be offered on Wednesd
 ay\, 02nd December 2026 (The tour will last a maximum of 2 hours.)\n-  Tr
 ansportation: Please note that Ljubljana is located approximately 10 km fr
 om the location of the Meeting in JSI. The journey by taxi takes around 25
  minutes\, depending on traffic.\nThe Research Reactor TRIGA is located ap
 proximately halfway between Ljubljana and the airport\, so participants ma
 y also choose to travel directly from the RRT to the airport after the pro
 gramme.\nGuests of JSI usually use City Taxi for these transfers: City Tax
