The meeting of the subgroup to develop a policy document and guidelines for LTDSF usage, covering metadata, data management, and access, including:

• Compliance with FAIR principles
• PID minting
• Storage quotas and lifecycle management
• Procedures for the approval, maintenance, and lifecycle management of community databases and curated datasets
• Requirements for metadata, immutability, and the ability to reference datasets through PIDs/DOIs
