Information on data processing in conformity with Art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation

3. Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The Institute collects data for registration purposes. Fields marked with an * are mandatory fields that are required for the registration process. If you do not provide these details, you cannot make use of our INDICO. The legal basis for processing is Article 6, para. 1, lit b GDPR. Fields not marked with an * are fields which you can complete voluntarily. By completing the voluntary fields, you give us your permission to store and process this data exclusively for the registration purpose. The legal basis for processing in these instances is Article 6, para. 1, lit. a GDPR (consent of the data subject).

 

4. Data recipients and categories of data recipients

The Indico system administrators will have access to all the data in the system. For events, the recipient of the data is set by the access policy of the event. For the PhD registration form, the data is to be handled by the Information Management & Support Office together with the Administration Department. Additionally, the data related to each individual Beneficiary is to be transmitted to the respective Beneficiary to be validated and the final report is shared with the European Commission.

 

5. Duration of storage

Personal data will not be stored longer than 5 years of the EUROfusion project end.

 

6. Your rights

You are entitled to the rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17, para. 1 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), data portability (Article 20 GDPR) and withdrawal of consent (Article 7, para. 3 GDPR).
