Meeting of the E-TASC Scientific Board to review the progress of TSVV projects.

TSVV Mid-Term Review meeting will take place on 25th and 26th of September 2023 at IPP.CR in Prague (https://goo.gl/maps/T9ZmBEycSFs4tQp69).

All SB members are strongly encoureged to attend the meeting on site.

For those SB members, who are unable to travel, as well as for other invited participants the ZOOM link is provided above.

The review process consists of the following steps:

1. Presentations by Principal Investigators (PIs) at a seminar open to the entire fusion community. The seminar is scheduled for September 11th and 12th. You can find more information about the seminar here: https://indico.euro-fusion.org/event/2429/.

2. Following the presentations, we will allow a couple of weeks for clarification of any open questions and for feedback from Project Leaders (PLs) and Thrust Facilitators to the board.

3. The E-TASC SB meeting will then be held in person on September 25th and 26th in Prague.

• Possible corrections to the long-term objectives of the TSVVs
• Requests and suggestions regarding TSVV-developed tools (dissemination of codes,
feedback to developers, enlargement of user community etc.)
• Impact of migration of TSVV personnel (loss of resources and knowledge)
• Effectiveness of the present Thrust structure
• Ideas for strengthening the interactions within and beyond the E-TASC ecosystem
