General:
Alejandra Gonzales-Beltran (new head of CCFE data science) introduced herself.
Core services:
PSNC: Continued work on testing and integrating the SW stack with repsect to the AL5 updates.
KeyCLoak integration into UDA. Specific discussion on how to continue the development.
PSNC has built a integration within the IMAS plugin and have been testing this standalone.
UKAEA to test Barteks work when submitted to the git at ITER. This shoud in the longer run
be taken over by the UDA team and moved to the UDA security layer.
Site services:
AUG: UDA server available but still behind firewall.
Looking at integration with SimDB and finding issues, several JIRA tickets have been submitted.
Update: there is now a UDA server at uda.ipp.mpg.de. David has detailed this in an e-mial to the group and he invite other members
of the project to try to access the text pulss stored on
TCV: UDA server is open (port 443) - access tested from GW and there is now several shots available for review. TCV is ready for the
second stage (100's of shots loaded)
COMPASS: Looking to support scenarios A,B and at lea tin part C. Requirements capture done and a decision on the management level is
pending
MAST/MAST_U: Mast shots are goinf open source - question about EUROfusion shots - can these be released as well?
MAST-U data is under embargo - metadata is howver not part of embargoed datasets and should beb releasable (for scenario
A).
IMAS based collaborations SPC/CCFE on MAST modelling. PS interested in following the discussions. UPDATE( PS missed the meeting)
JDC: SHort discussion on what has been included in the high level agreement between UKAEA and EUROfusion (No one in the meeting had
details on this but it is expected that there is at least 0.5ppy to support the installation and support of the infrastruture +
mappings support.
The meeting suggested that Tom Farmer will be the contact person for the JDC but this should formally be decided by the JD3C board ( or similar).
PS on site next week (ths week) and further discussions with Tom, Shaun and PS together with Joao and Sara Moradi might be useful.

Cryptic note: UDA server at GW: NC need to have access to more details... Nathan I assume this is an action in relation to you to get more information on the UDA server at the GW. Michalo?
Outstanding actions: PS to start documentation on either confluence at PSNC or WIKI at EUrOFUSION. (which is best?)
PS to share the requriements captured form TSVV10, 11 and others.
PS to try to update the requirements with infput from Olivier Sauters group in relation to MAST-U collaboration on equilibrium

- PMU(Denis/Duarte) to make sure LDAP response is provided to Core team - reminded them with no response
- PS to check that CCFE UDA experts are available next week - done participating
- COMPASS to provide resource needs to DMP lead and PMU
- ALL sites: provide and/or ensure that the UDA access serveer test can be done asap. UDA instance set up (access by any means ) and details to PSNC: I assume ongoing some discussions on e-mail
- PS to check with Olivier S on his usage requriements.
- PS tp communicate IDS needs from stakeholders.
