 is it possible to align sim db and simulation catalogue ways of
generating tokens? For example, adapt Sim DB to KeyCloak?

- is it possible to adapt UDA to KeyCloak based approach?

- is it possible to share one, common, server certificate at all sites
and distribute X.509 certificates based on it?

- is it possible to use the very same token (as in SimDB) in UDA?

- is it possible to turn Sim DB token generator into a services that can
be integrated with KeyCloak?

- is it possible to use some other solution that can be shared with all
the components? (we are open for suggestions here)
