PSO Training (PLs/TFLs welcome)

The training will not follow a strict agenda, but rather organised around the management steps of the Annual Management Cycle. The goal is to identify what one needs to do at each stage (step) and how PSOs can potentially support their PLs/ TFLs in their work. Obviously the decision on the actual involvement is always in the hands of the PLs/ TFLs, since ultimately they are responsible for their WP.

The steps foreseen are as follows:

• Update the PMP with the data of the coming year
• Revise indicative resources in IMS after the planning is completed (PMP update)
• Create task specifications in IMS (allocation of resources to Beneficiaries)
• Review of progress within the WP
• Deliverables upload to and review in IDM (naming convention, location of the reports, etc.)
• Closing the IMS deliverables by adding the IDM link of the approved deliverable
