The main goal of the meeting is to bring together relevant information from different parts of the work programme and discuss the current staus of the Integrated Modelling & Analysis Suite (IMAS). What is available and what needs to be developed?

Following topics need to be addressed in presentations and discussions:

• advantage of using IMAS (success examples);

• available data (experimental / simulations / AMNS / Machine Data / ITPA DBs / etc.) and where to find them;

• codes using IMAS and access to them;

• current status of IMAS data dictionary and tools and wished developments (e.g. 3D-equilibrium).


 

10:30 → 11:00 Using IMAS

The aim of this session is to provide successful examples of using IMAS for code and machine data. It shall demonstrate that:
- IMAS can be used for experimental data and analysis chain;
- IMAS is great for V&V (especially when several codes or data from several machines are involved)
