Dear attendees,
We are pleased to detail below all that is included in the registration fee, as well as information that will be useful for your arrival and end of the workshop:
The intention of the workshop is that all attendees have a good experience and share all together a pleasant fellowship during the 3 days.
Everyone is expected to arrive at the conference hotel on 01/27.
What is included in the workshop fee?
- Dinner at the hotel on 01/27.
- Registration on 28th at 08:30h in the Alejandra room of the Hotel Luna.
- Coffee breaks, lunches on 28, 29 and 30.
- Excursion and dinner on 28th.
- Gala dinner on the 29th.
- Cultural visit on 30th. For this visit it is necessary to register before 30 November using the Payment menu point on this site, as we need to have your full name and ID for the tickets.
Once you have paid the fee, you will be automatically registered for the visit. The date of the 30th is specified, because we can only ensure that there will be a ticket if you pay before that date.
The registration fee includes everything, unfortunately, if someone does not want to enjoy something that is included in the fee, they will lose it.
**When you are ready to make the payment, from the payment tab, you will see several additional fields, these fields are only for accompanying persons, they are extra fields and are paid separately.
The workshop will end at the end of the cultural visit on the 30th.
**Important information if you need an invoice: In case you need an invoice, you must request it by e-mail to congresos@novumeventos.com, sending all your fiscal data (Full name, address, CIF or NIF).
