FCC Cantor HEA, annealing, Temp above 873K, (3D:large He bubbles, HEA:small, Steel:small and large)
HEA has small size He clusters(Binding energy in V-containing materials goes down with the increase of He atoms). At least this is good for the mechanical properties.
