2024-02-28: (Short meeting )

1. Planning for next meeting(s):

a. Keycloak installation in relation to UDA - next week provided CCFE /UDA experts can participatebbb
b. KeyCloak/Ldap installation  - next step discussion requires input from EUROfusion PMU

2. Compass. Lukas welcomed to team  -  to formulate resource needs under the IMASification of Machine data for PMU

3. PSNC: Postgres sql issues adressed new version of the dashboard underway.
   WEST: vacation time  - not possible to make progress on certificte issue
   TCV: UDA server not yet available
   Compass: will ook into 0d list from Aaron to see how and to what extent they can fill it with Compass data
   AUG: excused
   MAST/MAST_U: excused, AUG requests for port information provided by Stephens. No further communication?
   JDC/JET: Participant to be named.
  
4. User requests: Olivier Sauter needs/requests MAST_U data for a collaboration. PS will contact OS for needs and requiments collection
                   PS to summarize and publish the current range of request/needs collected so far.
                                  

5. Scenario A preproduction activity.

a) UDA server access tests: ALL sites to set up and validate minimalistic test asap. See extra slide.
   In essence each site need to provide a location for the UDA server with  at least one IDS availble for
    Core team to test tools and availabilit yon.
       
b) when this has passed for majority of sites. Proceed to low volume ingestion excercise with ~100 URIs for Summary data

c) move to new gateway and populate in full.

6. Actions:

 -  PMU/denis/darte) to make sure LDAP response is provided to Core team
 -  PS to check that CCFE UDA experts are available next week (or i fnot  - when=
 -  COMPASS to provide resource needs to DMP lead and PMU
 -  ALL sites: provide and/or ensure that the UDA access serveer test can be done asap. UDA instance set up (access by any means ) and details to PSNC:
 -  PS to check with Olivier S on his usage requriements.
 -  PS tp communicate IDS needs from stakeholders.
