General:
- The request for the technical reports to be completed by the end of February was sent out. This document should be made available as a Word document.
- The 2025 PrIO report it should be done in line with the practices in the Technology Department.
- All reports should be uploaded to IDM. Botond will indicate correct location to do so.
- Please remember to indicate who will participate in person in the PB preparation meeting and send the proposals of the topics to be addressed.
- Frank Jenko will participate in the PB preparation meeting on Friday morning.
- Requirements for modelling to enhance capabilities to help with diagnostics, scenarios, devices; interconnect digital twins; BEST and JT-60SA including metal wall scenarios should be discussed in a coherent programmatic way
- FP10 discussions should be approached as a brain storming exercise. STAC members have been invited.
- Discussions are to be had on 2027 budget, knowing there is the issue of activities that will not use the 2021-2025 budget and the present obstacles for transferring that budget to 2026/27. On the latter there is continuing discussions with the Commission.
- Overall priorities are likely machine time and JT-60SA
- News items – Nothing to add from previous meeting.
- Publication officer – Request to implement the renamed WPSTEL. WPTM needs to be created. PrIO should be kept at least during 2026 (Marco stated he agrees with this). Pinboard is currently planned to divided in two blocks, 2021-2025 and 2026-2027.
- Two pinboards can create confusion. Marco explained this is linked to the fact that there is the 2021-2025 budget and then the one for the 2026-2027 extension (after clarifying with Patrick from publications it seems that if someone adds a paper or other contribution to an already uploaded contribution like an abstract, the associated WP is predefined)
- Benoit commented that for TE this division doesn’t make much sense. Marco is worried that people might be confused when uploading contributions.
- If there are any questions on the IMS procedure on using the budget from 2021-2025 please send an email to PSD_CO.
- Please remember to review the TRED reports on IDM.
