- Possible underspending: Discussion of priorities during GA in April. Assessment of delayed 21-25 projects in September followed by GA in October.
- Further Topics proposals for pre-meeting to be sent to PSD_CO mailing list (so that Marco, Botond, Joao receive it) by end of next week.
- Spring Project Board – Similar structure to past meetings is foreseen
- ITER MOU – Technical specifications on Physics Gaps document was circulated which should serve as a blue print for other areas
o IO nominations for Coordinating Committee are pending – it will be 2/3 people. In case it is 3, EUROfusion is likely to propose another member as well.
- On the Physics Gaps where Marco is the contact point he will always delegate to PLs/TFLs.
- Further details and topics in the presentation
WPTE:
- Budget is available on IMS but request of discussion with Marco before implementation of the call participation selection. Botond should be present in this meeting as well.
- Further details and topics in the presentation
WPPWIE:
- Tests of Tungsten coatings for ITER were done with transient heat loads and now tests will be done with plasma (starting next week). It should be highlighted the importance of the fact that EUROfusion is supporting the selection of ITER wall coatings.
- LID-QMS tests are planned following the work on JET
- Meeting on LIBS and LID-QMS was held at the end of last year.
- International Missions to Rokkasho (under PWIE) - Richard should be warned by email if there are mission requests pending for which approval is time critical.

- IPP plans to develop a modular, flexible middle divertor section for W7-X to enable iterative testing of different geometries and plasma-facing materials without multi-year downtime.
- Initial plan is to replace three divertors in W7X to test some of the solutions (for instance reducing overload of middle divertor). The replacement is provisionary planned for the opening break 2027-2028
WPTM:
- Work plan revised.
- Coordination meeting with PIs set up (Wednesday 11.00-12.00) to help with data validation and exchanges with experimental activities.

- Push for required JET data to be made available on IMAS
- In WPTM the idea for the relevant activities is to have an initial validation on TSVVs followed by continued work on the WPs.

- MGI problems will not impact scientific operations given that this system is planned to be used only for experiments and not for machine protection.
